About the event
Join us this winter for a three part series focused on keeping your horse happy and healthy throughout winter.
Our kickoff event will be Saturday, January 21st. This will be an indoor event. Class will include equine anatomy with the use of a skeleton. We will discuss how our posture influences the horse. There will be photos to train your eye. We will end the day in the barn to learn some of the first exercises in the series. Class will be held in Oconto. Location: TBD
The remaining two classes will be in the barn. These will be the third Saturday of February and March at our barn: Breezy Acres Stables. We will have horses to assess and learn valuable exercises that anyone can do even with limited space and frozen ground. Perfect for the cold months of winter!
February Class: The Withers Forward: Where is tension held and how can we help
March Class: The Hindend: Tying the hindend into the forehand
Our kickoff class will be from 9-3
The classes in the barn will be from 12-2. I’m hoping the later class times will allow for some warmer temps. Dress warm cause our barn is not heated! Horses will be provided.
Join us for all three classes: $175 Kickoff Event Only: $100 Class in the Barn: $50 a piece
Join us for one class or all three!
