About the event
How does your horse feel when presented with a new obstacle? Does he feel differently about it when you are on his back compared to next to him on the ground? Do you hinder his exploration of the obstacle?
In this two day clinic, learn how the horse feels about being presented something new. How does he process info? It may be a lot different than you think.
We will explore obstacles from the horses point of view. This clinic will be from the ground and the saddle. You can choose to stay on the ground only or explore from the saddle.
We will start with a lecture Saturday morning to help you understand your horse's point of view.
Cost is $250 for the weekend. Saturday only is $150. Registration is required with a deposit of $50 to hold your spot.
Stalls and outdoor areas are available at $10/outdoor area and $15/stall. All horses must have a negative coggins. You may participate with one of our horses for groundwork only.
